I don't know where to start about how awesome these bikes are. I bought two bikes to start with and looking at how much I've been riding them, I'm already wanting to buy two more for my daughters. They are sturdy, smooth and just plain fun to ride, great for cruising the campground, exercise and just being outside. Assembly was pretty easy, they are good quality right out of the box. The battery is still holding charge great, the motor gives you solid assistance, they are fun and comfortable to ride. I would wish for only one feature for future models and that would be a USB port to charge your cell phone while riding - that would complete these bikes perfectly. If you're on the fence about buying, go for it - you won't regret it. I feel these bikes are worth every dollar!

This has been an absolute disaster! I have been trying to get a return resolved for two weeks. As soon as I got this bike I had it immediately assembled by a bike shop. to ensure it was correctly put together as this would be my means of transportation. The E Bike left me on the side of road walking 6 miles because of three flat tires the first two weeks I bought and rode it. I immediately started a claim to return as the bike shop that fixed it for me three times told me this bike had multiple malfunctions and was very cheap. I payed a 200$ shipping fee from Amazon and now to return i am expected to pay 542$ I am at this point, out of so much money on this e bike that never worked correctly As I had it assembled for 75$ fixed three flat tires for $50 each time equally150$, replaced the screw in handle bars because the one yall sent wasn't the correct screw then to have the bike shop disassemble it cost me another 75$ so that I could return it oh not.to forget the light in front and back never worked. This bike is a disappointment and so is the customer service. I am just so overwhelmed at lack of communication and all the money I am out of. Noone even offered to send a return label so it can be shipped back I must pay the shipping fee which is same cost as bike. I am at an utter disappointment This makes me wanna cry so bad

Decent bike and works as expected. Brakes and rotors make extremely loud noises when braking making a bike bell unnecessary since everyone can hear me coming. Bike mechanic inspected and replaced brake pads, now suspected issue are rotors. Expect to have tweaks and tune ups due to inexpensive parts used. Battery has been good after about a month of use and seat is comfortable.

I’m impressed with the build quality and components for the price- this bike is exactly what is advertised. Can’t speak to the claimed range, but have been on a few short trips around the neighborhood (probably about 10 miles total), and the battery still shows fully charged. Very comfortable to ride and is quite adjustable. Rack is very sturdy. Has an electronic horn button and a manual bell for the handlebar. When you apply either brake, the brake light flashes. When you turn on the headlight, the rear light also turns on- very nice features that many other bikes I looked at do not have. Battery is removable, and was fully charged within a few hours. Added a rack bag, phone holder, and cup holder and now I’m ready to go! Bought two to cruise around on and we are now talking about all the places we can go explore!

Love this bike! Looks great. Very easy to use from day 1. Battery lasts a long time as long as you don’t go full “moped” mode on high assist. Bike is a good size for me at 5’8 female. Plenty of power for large hills. All functions work great and are easy to understand.

Just a bike. Tall light does not work, FAIL. (Now fixed, see update below) Pedal assist works, sometimes, FAIL. (Now fixed, see update below) Level 0 on the controller is supposed to be full electric mode but that does not work. Set to level 0, twist throttle, nothing. FAIL. (READ MANUAL, see update below) Basically an overpriced 600 dollar pedal bike. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT ABSOLUTELY CANNOT RECOMMEND. Update 08/24/25 TAIL LIGHT: After disassemble of the tail light I discovered that I had no power to the light. Proceeded with removal and disassemble of the control unit box. That part the battery mounts to. Power was present at the control unit tail light wires. Removed the tail light wires from the plastic connector and discovered 1 wire was missing half of the metal contact. Cut off both connector ends, stripped the wires, soldered them together and protected the wires with shrink tube, put every thing back together and tail light/ brake light operating correctly. *** BONUS *** PEDAL ASSIST: now works every time no more intermittent failure of the pedal assist. I have no clue why or how this could be related to the tail light/brake light but I won't complain, its working. TWIST THROTTLE: According to the manual, (AGAIN - READ THE COMPLETE MANUAL) Level 0 is pedal only, no assist. Setting 1-5 are pedal assist and twist throttle operates as designed on settings 1-5. Sometimes helps to read the included manual in its entirety, not just the assembly part. I would like to increase the rating but unfortunately can't. This was a lot of my time and my labor stuck into a $600 purchase.

Bike seems fine BUT the battery has button to check power status of battery and that button was mashed in from the first time trying to use it - which was 4 months after we took delivery. Left home right after bike arrived and never tried to use that battery function until returning. They will not replace the battery even though the bike has a year warranty. Keep saying that button is not needed to use bike. Is nice to check power so you know when you may need to turn around .
