I bought this for my dad who has hypothyroidism. It was recommended by a friend whose husband takes it. It works great for him but unfortunately it didn’t work for my dad. Taste isnt bad and doesnt hurt my stomach either. This vitamin is believe has helped with my thyroid levels and regulate them better. Helps with energy and clarity. Great price point especially with subscribe and save also. Pill size is normal capsule size.
