The only dislike I have of this item was the hassle FedEx put Blissful Nights and me through in the shipping process. Blissful Nights bent over backward to accommodate us with FedEx's blunder. The bed itself was super easy to set up and is amazingly comfortable. My first lay down on the bed made me fall in love with it. I know I will have many wonderful nights sleep on this amazing bed. This bed is so uncomfortable that we can barely move each morning. Sold as med. firm with coils. That is why we purchased it. It is way too soft and not firm at all. The vibration is so loud you can't even hear the T.V. Now those are the best things about the bed. The Company Blissful Nights is the worst company we have ever dealt with in our sixty plus years. The bed was ordered Dec. 2nd for delv. the 10th-15th. and arrived Jan. 8th. Meanwhile, I was sleeping on an air mattress for a month while undergoing Chemo. the company knew this and made no effort to correct their problem, nothing but lies. Meanwhile delvd. someone else's bed and took a month to pick up.

This is a sturdy easy to use motion bed. I love it! The only negative was the weight of the bed. Which cannot be helped because it is so well made. Just be sure,to have at least two Very!! Strong individuals available to help maneuver the bed into place.

We havenโt had the bed 8 months and a few months ago on the adjustments went out and have been trying to get a replacement and can not get anyone to reply to us. Mattresses are already sagging in the middle. Not a very good product.
