I've had no issues with the pump so far, its worked well. The different nozzles included were a big plus as it included the water flow I was looking for. easy to install and also very good, the water that comes out is very beautiful and also colorful, I like it because this pump fountain uses solar power so I save my money and also the price I think is very affordable.

The pump works fine with sun. But the battery has never charged, and it will not work at night. I had it in the sun in the summer all day and no power at night. I would not buy again. Unfortunately, I bought it for a project I did not get to right away so was unable to return. Do not waste your money if you want to see it at night. Also, the lights are attached and, in the way, to only use during sunlight.

Overall, this is a nice fountain that I put into a small backyard pond. the attachments give a great set of options for what works best for you - and the water shoots about 2 feet above the fountain with some of the attachments. At night the LED lights give good color. There are some things to know -- 1) The solar panels provide power to the battery and fountain only when direct sunlight is on it. When the panel is in indirect light, in a shadow or only getting dawn/dusk lighting, no power is generated. Be prepared for the fountain to occasionally stop. 2) The power button on the battery has to ALWAYS be in the on position if you want the fountain to work. When the solar panel is getting full sun the battery has to be in the ON position for power to get to the fountain. When the panel is in complete darkness - the power has be in the ON position for the fountain to get power from the battery. The OFF position on the battery is only helpful if you don't want the fountain to run at night on battery power. 3) When the panel is in indirect light, the battery does not kick on. Even if the battery has any charge, it will not power the fountain unless the solar panel detects darkness. One workaround, if you want to power the fountain with the battery outside of night time, is to completely cover the solar panel with a dark covering (e.g. a tarp or a towel) that will not allow light through.

The instructions say there is a battery backup (??) for the light. Doesn't work that way, but the light doesn't come on anyway. (That doesn't matter, I didn't want a light anyway.) If you so much as stand in front of a small part of the panel, it doesn't work. The switch is extremely finicky. It shows a raised icon for on, but it never looks raised. Sometimes, you have to press it multiple times to get it to turn on or off. Well, you get what you pay for.

The stand for the solar panels will not hold them up, pump has 4 tiny suction cups that will not hold and support the fountain assembly, and there were no instructions or packing list included. After all of that, the pump did not work upon. *Very low quality*
