As stated the CarPlay function works excellent and looks like OEM. Unfortunately, I have tried multiple options to get the rearview camera to work without positive results. There is NO customer service available. I am going to keep trying different options to solve the back up camera, but cannot recommend this product if you want a back up camera. Disappointed.

Bluetooth works, easy instal adaptors come with made it plug n play radio sounds clear Bluetooth sounds good sounds even better plugged in via usb, don’t have steering wheel controls on my model so didn’t have that issue the navigation is nice off my iPhone and the touch screen feels nice and responsive and radio shuts off with my vehicle. I am happy with this purchase it is exactly what I expected and the customer service on getting it was great got it earlier then expected date was fast shipping from out of the country

This radio is perfect for my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta, so easy to install as long as you have the correct tools. Maybe took me 10 minutes to install and all you need to do is plug it in. One thing to consider is the radio does not turn off with car so if you have no problem turning off the radio with the power button this is the best radio to get if you want apple carplay

The steering wheel controls didn’t work. The radio wouldn’t turn off with the car and drained battery. You have to press power button every time. If you enjoy these short comings buy this radio.

Don’t get me wrong, the radio works really nicely. Whats not said is that the USB drive stays on while the car is off. Overtime this will drain your battery. To stop this, you need a canbus adapter, but for the life of me I can’t seem to find one that’ll fit this radio. Turning off the radio before you leave the car doesn’t help either. It turns off the screen, but the USB drive stays on. I saw people say this should only be a problem with older models (2010 & below) but I have a 2015 jetta & I’m facing this. My friend also has a 2012 gti & is facing this. Good product, but that issue needs to be addressed. 2 stars because this is kinda a big problem.
