We have some minor to major renovations going on at the moment and the biggest one so far has been the kitchen. We have been using a gas stove top for years now, but it has has a faulty switch for the longest and just doesn't seem to heat evenly on certain burners. This has been an immediate upgrade for use, like a Night vs Day difference for sure! This stove top is not only pristine, but so easy to place and install. We haven't seen any distorted edges, cracked siding or warping yet. Though we have gone from a 5 to a 4-Burner model, I still have ample space to cook varying dishes all at once. The finish is a classic solid black made from tempered glass, so it is not only very much heat-resistant, but resistant to dings and food stuffs sticking to it. ... show more

While technically you can convert this to propane, if you do not have access to an elaborate array of LPG fittings, you may fail and be frustrated. If you need a small, portable burner that runs on NatGas, this could do it.
