The product packaging was good, by that I mean nothing broken or missing when I open the box. The product looks exactly how they have shown in the photos. That's all of the good points. Now the bad ones. They advertised the product as PROPANE STOVE, but it arrived set up for natural gas. I was left responsible to convert it to to LPG (propane). Step 1: change the nozzles. Step 2: convert the elbow connector to LPG. Guess what, none of the big box stores has this size (5/8 flare thread) female to barb connector. Its impossible to find this size of fittings. Why can't they have made it in 1/2 regular threads which is abundantly available. 4 days have gone by and I have visited all big store to no avail. I could return it but my stupidity is that I already made a hole for this in my counter top. Last but not the least, the manual is horrible. Its in English alright but go figure. Steer clear of this product. Not worth the hassle at all. ... show more

I installed this in an RV, on LP gas. Installation ion was pretty easy, but it does require a 110V connection, in addition to the gas. Although it uses almost no power. The burners work fine. I got this for a friend that does catering rather than to put in an RV or counter. It's pretty straightforward. It's like a natural gas stovetop, but it can accommodate propane. It's easy to use, control flame, ignite, and clean. This is a good little 2 burner stovetop.
