Here is why: It is semi-automatic, programmable(follow the instructions), water temperature adjustable, powerful 20 bars, and it has pressure releave valve. It means that there is no splash of hot coffee residuals after brewing! The other very important necessity is the conical espresso beans burr grinder! No other type. I’m not used to make any comment, but I really can’t wait to recommend this coffee machine to everyone! Is super easy to install and used without reading any instruction. You can do double shot or a single shot espresso. I personally like single shot espresso with almond milk. My husband love the double shot. This machine is satisfy for everyone! We literally just need to wake up 10 minutes early, and make our own coffee. It’s time to save some money from buying coffee outside! The machine had potential but something isn’t right on the inside. We followed the setup instructions in the manual. The machine had potential but you could taste and smell a burning plastic smell that was internal. I am pretty sure our unit had been opened already so odds are it had been returned once before. It was very loud when it was used. We gave it a week and a half hoping it was just the newness cooking off but it got noticeably worse as time went on. This machine packs a lot of punch! The Creme is amazing, this machine is super quiet, the milk frother/steam wand works exceptional. Hot milk in about 90 seconds, just like using a separate milk frother . The taste of the espresso is a complete 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend. Not as good as my Mr Coffee espresso machine. Should have spent the extra 60$. The crema has bigger bubbles and if you like Americano's it's not much of a cup. I'm keeping it for now because I don't wanna drop more money but I do replace it, it will be a Mr. Coffee even though it starts to leak after 2 years. The deliciousness is worth it! ... show more
