The quality of the cooktop is good. Top quality, descend cook time. The fact that is a 110V cooktop, the cooking time is a bit slower than if this was 220V. But It's a solid product that was well build. Very easy to use and to clean up as well.

The only thing I really didn't care for was the knob controls...I wish it had digital / pushbutton controls, as it would be a bit easier to clean. Other than that, though, I'm pretty happy with this. You should be aware that this is only a 110v plug-in cooktop, and as such it's limited to the amount of power a 110v circuit can deliver. So it won't be a "220v powerhouse" if that's what you're used to. Heating times will be a bit slower with this, especially with bigger loads. Ideally, it's best suited for an RV / conversion van, pop-up camper, or something of that nature, more than it is suited for a full-size kitchen. My cooktop arrived today, and I was ready to try it out. Now this one has a 1000W burner and an 800W burner. I was not expecting it to work as well as my large smooth top range, but it did fine while I was making fried eggs. I will most likely keep this for when I have family dinners and need the extra burner space to keep food hot before serving. I feel that it would take a while to boil a large pot of water for pasta so I will not be using it for that. The AMZCHEF 12-inch 2-burner electric cooktop is disappointing. The burners heat unevenly, and the knobs feel cheap and unresponsive. It takes too long to cook, and the residual heat indicator isn’t reliable. Not worth the price.

The burners take longer to heat up compared to other stoves, and the temperature control is not very precise, making it difficult to cook evenly.
