Fast and fun ride, but I’m giving it 3 stars because of a few issues. 4 days later I’m changing my review to a 5 star because the bike is perfect once you set everything up and get the right accessories. My only issue is I’m having a hard time getting a replacement battery. I’ll update in a few weeks if I end up finding replacement batteries I’ve also had a few other problems. First, I’ve had trouble getting the front tire to sit correctly inside the rim. Second, I’ve had trouble getting the front motor wiring to connect so I can use the all-wheel drive feature, which is the main reason I ordered this particular e-bike. Finally, there are some misspellings in the manual. For example, step 4 is labeled “handlebars” when the picture shows instructions for the pedals. ... show more

I actually think the units work fine. The units I received were not built the same as what’s in the picture . The tool pouch location shown is raised to fit the bike my units have a straight bar and I can’t attach the tool pouch without interfering with the steering. One of the bikes had a charging issue (turned out to be the charger), so I contacted customer service. They responded quickly and sent me a new charger and a new controller, just to be safe.
