This couch is so nice. I was very surprised how well it turned out. It came in two boxes in the ivory covers. I changed the covers immediately before the cushions fully decompressed. I love the charcoal shade. It’s very pretty. The couch is so comfortable and looks expensive. It’s easy to move around. It says leave it alone for 72 hours before using it and I will say that each day it got bigger and more full. I also fluffed the pillows to help it fill out. I am very happy with this purchase!

It’s awesome. It takes a few days for it to puff up once it does it’s really nice to lay on it. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family, but maybe for someone that is single.

We love this couch. If you are looking for something reasonably priced and cozy, go for it! Also really cool that you can switch out the colors. It arrives in cream and we switched to the grey (does take a bit of work to get them switched, not gonna lie, but worth it! Their customer service is AMAZING too! One of our covers was damaged and customer service was beyond helpful in correcting the issue. I’m truly impressed.

For the price and quality I give it 5 stars. It’s a beautiful couch and pulls my condo together. My dog and 2 cats are glued on to this thing. The more time goes by the more comfortable it gets. I really like how easy it is to move around and the ability to wash or swap covers. I spent so much time browsing the internet and giving up and then looking again for something I could afford and would be of good quality. As a paramedic I love coming home to this couch. It’s the little things that count.

So it was risky buying this couch, but it was so worth the risk it’s SO comfortable and so soft! It’s not firm at all. It’s exactly what I was looking for. I love that the chaise is easily movable and the whole couch is really lightweight, but it doesn’t feel like it when you’re laying on it. It’s very sturdy. It separates in three different pieces, but when I’m laying on the couch, it doesn’t easily move around which I was afraid of. I was able to take it out of the box on my own and move the couch around! You don’t have to put anything together. It just blew up on its own. I think I was supposed to wait to lay on it, but I literally laid on it that day and it’s fine. There’s no indent or anything. It’s so comfy! I sleep on the couch now more than my own bed. So the couch came in two different boxes on two different days and it came sooner than I expected. You can unzip the covers and wash them! The zipper is also hidden. I got the gray covers with it and it’s a pretty dark gray color. I love that I can put the gray covers on the couch while the white is being washed because I have pets. It is definitely worth the money!!

Ok, so being super transparent and honest here, initially this couch was not as the picture portrayed it to be. in the pic it looks smooth and plump, but it’s definitely lumpy and deflated even after the 72 hours and i’ll have to add more stuffing to the cushions to make it look better. This also will be shipped in 2 different boxes on 2 different days, my first package with amazon prime was delivered on sunday, then the second the next day on monday. there are many cheaper options even here on amazon for the same quality couch, so if this is the kind of couch you’re looking for where it’s essentially a large bean bag by all means buy it girl. I live on the second floor, and i was able to lug both boxes up the stairs by myself and i am NOT the strongest lady of the land. so if you’re independent, and like to do things on your own this is girl approved, moveable and buildable. BUT it is boneless(absolutely no structure) like i said it’s just like a large bean bag couch. but save your coin and get a cheaper option, not this 600$ one. i added some pics to help you visualize it.
