There are some cons, but I was fully aware of them from reading the description. Therefore, I knew what to expect. This product is not made to be used on the entire head. It was perfect for straightening my bangs and face-framing pieces while on vacation though. I actually still use it every day because it the perfect size for styling my bangs. PROS: dual voltage, compact, great for bangs and small sections, closure lock feature, come with thermal protection glove CONS: not made for full head, can’t control temperature, have to hold from the back because it gets hits by the plates (since it’s so small, it wasn’t a problem for me)
