Love my new AmorArc dinnerware set!! I purchase an 8 serving set, color pearl white!! Even though the box from Amazon was broken on the side, there were 3 additional layers protecting The dishes!! It came perfect without damages!!! Color was beautiful as I expected… the color, the glaze and the form of the dishes has an imperfection which I love!! Gives that perspective handmade, rustic/boho style but elegant/formal at the same time! Totally recommended!

First of all, the customer service is excellent. In my set of twelve, one bowl was broken on delivery. This was surprising, because the packaging was heavy duty (double/triple boxes and lots of padding). Within hours, the issue was resolved with the company. They replaced the bowl with a set of four bowls and had them shipped by Amazon, so they arrived in a couple of days. The dishes are classy looking and very weighty. I especially like the shapes of the bowls, which are wide and shallow (but not too shallow). I decided to order the salad bowls to add to the set. I love being able to see what I'm eating because of the wideness of the bowls. In case you might be bothered by this, the dishes are hand finished and that means that the shapes are not perfectly uniform and the painted edging is the same color but doesn't look exactly the same dish to dish. I like that because the set has a unique look. But if that kind of irregularity doesn't appeal to you, keep looking. Overall, though, I love the dishes and the way they look and feel. I'm glad I got them.

We actually ordered 2 sets of these on separate orders - the second one coming after we were satisfied with the first. The color in the description was Ceylon Blue, but what we got was Denim Blue. I understand these are handcrafted and variations will occur both in color and in shape, but could they at least be consistent in the color code? If you want uniformly shaped plates and bowls, these aren’t for you. We, however, like the variation and the color differences were acceptable but could have been better. The dishwater is microwave and dishwasher safe. As for as everyday use, we have no issues and like the variations. I did take a star off only because of the contradicting color names.
