I have browsed SO MANY websites & patio set before settling for this set & im so glad I did! All boxes shipped very fast & i received everything before the expected delivery date, all boxes were very well wrapped & so there was no damage. Each boxes had all hardware including quite a few spare screws etc and the appropriate keys to instal. Installation was easy tho some instructions weren’t clear for the couch especially as some parts look alike but you figure it out after a few minutes. I must mention I installed everything by myself so it took me a few hours over 2 days total but I took my time too. I had some issues installing certain parts as others mentioned some holes weren’t drilled (maybe 4/5 total) and a couple parts were also slightly bent so the end result looked weird. However I must command the customer service for being outstanding - they responded very quickly & sent me the two parts after I showed them they looked bent - I received the new parts within days. Now I just need to swap those two when I get the chance. The final result is just as I expected. Everything is sturdy & those cushions are very comfortable too! I wanted furniture where people could rest arms on ( a huge details many ppl don’t seem to realize the importance of until it’s too late) but also where I can lay down if I needed to relax/ nap - this set does all that! The firepit is awesome & looks so great light up at night! I will say the drawer for the propane tank is giving me some trouble each time I need to open it but it could be because of the weight of the bottle - I’ll get over it as it doesn’t need to opened much once set in place. The exterior control for the firepit are very convenient & looks nice. Also big plus to have very sturdy & waterproof covers for each piece of furniture!!!!! Same for the cover fabric on the furniture those are truly waterproof. They can also be removed & cleaned if needed. We have had many days of pretty hard & long downpours here lately & so far the covers protect completely but also holds the rain so again shows the sturdiness & quality of the fabric. I often get outside after a night of rain & the covers for firepit gets full with rain but nothing gets under. Same for seats if I forget to put cushion in upright position before covering. I will say I plan to make this set lasts for many years so whenever I know it’s going to rain I will cover everything & once rain is over i just uncover, let all covers dries out a which do vey quickly. Very impressed overall & would recommend this set to anyone looking for a quality & a fair price. ... show more

The only reason I did not give this product a 5 star is because it could use a ratchet tool for assembly. Best value all around, great comfort, inviting, high end look for a great price. Purchased this set to go on a new patio on our new pool deck. The will provide my positives first. The set looks good. Ample seating for 7. We purchased with the fire pit. The fire pit and additional coffee table with storage make it possible to not need an additional table and chairs. The back cushions are pretty comfy. Not w any n to the negatives. Lots of pieces to put together. Takes a lot of time and patience. Not a set that gets set up in an hour that is for sure. The seat cushions are the real negative of this set. They are hard no squish at all for comfort. I will be replacing the padding in the zippered cushions. I am hoping this will solve the issue. Not sure how well this set will hold up to west and tear as it is held together by pins and screws only. ... show more

The furniture is great and as expected. However, there was a damaged part and two parts that did not match up to be secured together. I've left 3 email messages for customer service, the only way to communicate with the supplier per the instructions with no response. I straightened the damage part with a hammer to complete the assembly, but two welds broke during the process which may cause future issues. ... show more

It's a lot of screws to set it up. Definitely not as solid as if you were to pay more for a better set. A great price for all the different pieces you get. I was sent the wrong size cover for the love seat but the company has responded quickly to my emails and has been helpful. The cushions don't have a lot of support/cushion to them.
