Its a pretty soft design and fabric but in order for it to be comfortable I had to place the seam side outward which looked tacky otherwise the velcro was scratching me. Tried to adjust the seatbelt, but never could get it to not cause issues on my neck. These were so inexpensive, I really wasn’t expecting what I received. It’s a quilted velvet with a strong Velcro, full length. So comfy!!

I loved it until I found it was frustrating every time when I would get in car and went to use I was constantly adjusting it and then when I would get out of car I’d have to readjust again or my seatbelt would not go back up.
