My bed came missing an important piece. On top of that, the directions were confusing and very intricate. There are a million pieces. I cannot imagine how I would have ended up building it on my own I ended up getting a refund because of the missing piece. They told me they would send me an entire new bed if I wanted - which sounds ridiculous! The piece I needed was not a big piece - but it was integral to the bed. But I absolutely did not want an entire new one. I ended up getting a refund and throwing an entire bed out because of this one piece that I could not have built the bed without. The color was a little different than pictured with more of a cherry tone than brown. The instructions could’ve been a little more detailed on the length of screws to use, otherwise not to difficult to assemble. But for the price I’ve been really happy with it! It looks nice and my son loves it.
