As a self-proclaimed perfectionist, I don't settle for "good enough" when it comes to home installs. While the end result of this entertainment system fireplace is absolutely stunning, getting it to my standards took a bit of extra effort. The main challenge was that the provided brackets didn’t align perfectly with my wall studs. Rather than compromising on placement, I took matters into my own hands by swapping out the standard screws for heavy-duty butterfly zip-tie anchors. I spent significant time ensuring every one of the four brackets was perfectly level relative to one another, which is key if you want that seamless, built-in look. Once the technical work was done, the payoff was immediate. It has completely transformed my living room into a romantic, high-end space. The glow of the fireplace combined with the sleek design of the entertainment center makes the entire room feel more inviting and creates an incredible ambiance. I’m absolutely loving it!

I love this TV stand! It looks great in my living room, and the electric fireplace adds a cozy touch. It’s sleek, modern, and has plenty of storage space for my entertainment items. At first, I was concerned about hanging it on my drywall since the brackets didn’t align with the studs in my wall. However, I found a simple solution: I used two pieces of 1x4 oak wood lumber (only one is shown in the picture) – I installed one at the top and another 10 inches below the first. Then, I screwed the TV stand brackets into the 1x4s, which securely anchored the stand to the wall. The result was perfect! The stand is stable, and it sits pretty flat against the wall, with only a small gap (about half an inch) that's barely noticeable. My only suggestion is to carefully read the instructions before starting assembly. I made the mistake of not reading the entire booklet and rushing through it the first time. I had to redo some steps. As for customer service, the seller was fantastic! I reached out about a small chip on the top of the stand (presumably during the shipping process), and they were very responsive. They even offered to replace the unit, but I declined since it wasn’t a big issue. Instead, they offered me a partial refund, which I appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this TV stand – it’s stylish, functional, and the company has great customer service!

It was a little difficult to put together. However, once we were able to get it there, it turned out nice. We love that we can change the fire color. The storage is great as well. It it definitely not something you would want anyone to sit on but it makes our basement look homey!

My mom wanted a media console for her new living room that would pair nicely with an 85” tv. The 80-inch floating fireplace was the perfect size and the white finish is very vibrant and looks high-end in my opinion. I was able to assembly it by myself and only needed a second set of hands when mounting to the wall. (Photo was after assembling, before mounting). The instructions were very clear but note that the LED lights are in the box with the electric fireplace. I wish there was more flexibility in the placement of the mounts (hooks and cleats). I was only able to get two of the mounts to align with the wall studs. The other mounts were installed using the drywall anchors, which weren’t the best imo. If you are going to use drywall anchors, get some better ones. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of the media console and am highly likely to get one for my own home. The seller, Happy Tao, was also great and easy to work with. Highly recommended!
