Both boxes showed up at the same time. Pretty sturdy due to the metal frame. Doors work good and shelves are adjustable. Convenient having a power supply built into the bed. Pieces had a good finish and were not damaged during shipping. The boxes did have a few holes in them, but everything was protected by foam. Does have a lot of pieces, ended up gluing everything for more strength. There was not enough hardware provided in the main sections. But there happened to be just enough with the spare parts section.

Bed looks great and is exactly what I wanted! TONS of space in the storage area. Everything went together smoothly, although it took over 4 hours with the 2 of us working together - there were just a lot of pieces, but everything was clearly labeled. It’s very sturdy and doesn’t wobble at all. The frame underneath is metal and attaches to the wood part, but the metal is taking the weight of the mattress. The slats also Velcro down to keep them from sliding, which is a really neat feature to keep them evenly spaced. The boxes are VERY heavy though, so be prepared to “team lift.”

The bed looks cute and is fairly sturdy, but assembly was difficult. It took several hours, and some holes were missing or didn’t line up correctly.

We love our new bed frame. It took my husband and I about 3 hours to put together but we are used to building stuff for work so it may take others longer. At first I was worried about how short it was but after a few days I’ve grown to really like the height. We are only going to put one night stand next to it to complete our room as there is so much room on the back board. The only minor flaw is the boards that are on the side of the bed do pull away from each other on both sides. It’s not a functioning issue more of a cosmetic issue if you look at it to hard. Otherwise most probably wouldn’t notice. Oh and the boxes it comes in is heavy. Just be aware you might need two people to bring it it (we got the king so smaller frames may be a little lighter).
