Between the customer service and the product, I am very happy! It’s not as tall as I initially thought, but, that’s my fault for not looking at the dimensions. Whoops! We got it all put together and my dog ate the remote to the fireplace before we could even use it. I reached out to Customer Support and they were so kind, very responsive and sent me a new remote when I told them what happened. Kudos to them, they didn’t have to do that, but did. It came packaged so nicely and protected. When I received it I could tell it went through some things in shipping so I was almost scared to open it. They had it packaged so well that there was no issue. It does come in 2 packages with the fireplace separately. Once set up it is so aesthetically pleasing. The wood grain and color is just beautiful. Between the lights and fireplace it just makes the whole room cozy! Thank you, we are very pleased!!

Me encantó , divina y súper fácil d armar, en realidad no estaba segura x ciertos comentarios pero en mi caso todo estuvo muy bien , m llegó primero la parte d la chimenea y al otro día la otra parte , solo si quieres poner un play station parado necesitas ver si hay una un poco más alta , yo no m di cuenta d eso pero igual ahí está d lado, eso fue mi culpa x no fijarme pero está preciosa y siguiendo el manual nada complicado d armar

Looks as advertised...particle board but expected given the price. The only issue was that the firebox holes were about half cm off. I just made my own holes and worked out ok.

The media could not be loaded. We absolutely love this tv stand with fire place. Easy to assemble, the instructions were really helpful. Material is excellent and it gave a total different style to our living room. We definitely recommend it.
