Customer service was a blessing, a minor hiccup but all resolved. It's more of a cream verses white which I was so excited about. To assemble it took me about 3 hours with just a screwdriver. It is a lot but for the price it is well worth the work. Fire place is beautiful. Packages comes in 2 separate deliveries so don't freak out. Well made. Just don't over force the screws. Tighten just a smidge. I screwed up a few times on the Instructions but they were very easy to follow, it was just me. I have think carpets so it tilts forward because the front is heavier due to draws and fire place but they give you a wall strap to help. Customer support is amazing and they respond in ASAP time. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Nice addition to a large open living room. It will never be mistaken for high quality furniture, but it's decent and nice looking. The 'grey' is more of a dull black, which matches black stained IKEA shelving nicely. Storage drawers aren't super useful; deep area, but actual drawer sides are shallow and they are short front to back. Good enough for storing small items like candles or card games out of view. Sound bar fits so perfectly in the center shelf it looks built in. Mine came with a small chip in the laminate on one board; this unit will scratch easily. Not a big deal for me - the Prime Day price of $260 was fair for the quality and a quick marker touch up took care of the problem. The fireplace itself is great. Size is perfect for a larger room. The logs glow and the 'real burning fire' color is cozy looking. The other colors are bright and fun if that's what you prefer. Puts out enough heat to take the edge off a cold room and the timer is a nice function if you want to warm up while falling asleep on the couch. Assembly should be offered as a relationship test. If your relationship survives this, nothing will ever break it. The instructions were written by someone who apparently never touched the actual unit, but sat blindfolded nearby and simply drew vague pictures based on the shouts and screams of other people trying to put it together. Two person job for sure - one to build it, and the other to keep the first one from throwing parts through the window.

Assembly did take a while but everything fit correctly without any issues. Love how it looks and love the fake fireplace. Haven’t used the heater function yet but looking forward to it as an added heat source this winter.

The media could not be loaded. This was not easy to put together, instructions were not clear at all, just numbers and letters but not really any instructions just pictures.drawers and rails for drawers if not done correctly have to redo them. Fireplace was the easiest part. The fireplace is pretty, only thing I would like is the fireplace wood burning sounds. I ordered the grey one. The top is a different color than the rest it’s a wood color not grey.

Amazing tv stand. Delivery company dropped it when delivering and no fault of the company. They sent me replacement and discounted what I paid. They were AMAZING to work with and actually cared about the final product you received. You don't see that too often. They apologized and wanted to make it right and it wasnt even their fault. Blown away by their service. The fireplace is amazing with all the colors you can change it too. Amazing quality for the low price also. You won't be disappointed.

Strongly made product. Instructions were easy to follow for the most part. I put it together myself in about 3.5 hours. This is the second tv stand I’ve purchased from this company and I absolutely love them both. The fireplace has 7 different color settings and the 8th setting slowly transitions through all of the colors. Highly recommend this purchase if you’re looking for an electric fireplace tv stand! I personally am using this one for my bedroom.

1st go thru all drawer guides and label them from the stampings. After you do that you'll have to figure out where they go. Not on instructions! They are CL CR DL DR. PAY VERY GOOD ATTENTION TO PICTURES. Namely circles which are drilled holes VERY IMPORTANT!!! LARGER BASE PIECES ARE NOT LABELED TOP BTM LEFT RIGHT. Good luck...we disassembled lower pieces 4 times to get them assembled correctly. I used glue also because these type put together furniture don't hold their shape very well.
