Absolutely abysmal product… the steel which is advertised as thicker than the competitors bends and actually tears under its own weight. The manufacturer did refund a little bit but it wasn’t easy getting them there. I mentioned snow load to them and they assured me it would be fine. Well, funny story.. the whole thing has collapsed under the weight of moderate snow. Run for the hills

Poles are very weak. When you follow the instructions you will bend your roof poles when installing the legs. 7 of the 12 roof poles ended up bending. You should have a way to support the roof joints when you install the legs. Not a quality product. I will update once I contact the manufacturer.

Order arrived early and it’s good quality. Definitely need 2-4 people to assemble and about a days of work to assemble.

Carport is galvanized junk. Installing exactly how the instructions say to and when it comes time to finish the opposite side the shear weight of the building creases the support poles. Tarp itself seems to be of a decent quality thickness. I will update this rating only if the seller makes this issue right *UPDATE* I contacted the seller and notified them of the issue and I’m glad to say we were able to get the issue resolved. Word of advice install all at once do not complete one side then the other as the instructions say you will crease the support poles. Nevermind after some days of light breezes the second set of “doors” tore to shreds I’m so over this headache

Rings ripped easily on door ways with a little bit of wind. They are sending me 2 replacements in November so we shall see if I had them too tight or what but the frame and roofing material is very sturdy. Update. Partial refund item was discontinued so I'm left with having to repair/replace myself

Product is not of the quality it claims to be compared to similar purchase before and it falls short plus there's a few issues with it like holes and a few small rips, my opinion is that I could have gotten something better for $750 i spent on this.
