Poor Workmanship/Quality Control. Poor packaging
Color: Graphite Gray Style: 70" Fireplace
When received the box looked pretty beat up. Delivery man noted it in his records, but he said that he inspected it and everything looked fine. When opened there were number of scratches and I have a new unit that looks old and scratched up. Poor packaging. Other than that the unit performs as advertised. ... show more

The cabinet had a few scratches on it when it arrived and the doors are hard to adjust when assembling. Once together it looks very nice and I like the heat it puts out just wish the cabinet was made of better material. It is good for the price we paid though!

Color: Graphite Gray Style: 70" Fireplace
I ordered it in grey and I absolutely love this. I was able to put it together by myself although 2 people would be best because its assembled upside down then you have to flip it over. It took me about 6 hours but Im not the most handy person YET i was able to assemble it with no problem. It looks great and like an expensive piece of furniture. and its bigger than I thought it would be so thats a plus. ... show more

Funny clicking sound
Color: Graphite Gray Style: 70" Fireplace
The media could not be loaded. I like the piece and it works fine. Went together easy enough. Do not overtighten the metal “posts” because they will pull out. Also, the fireplace is pretty when it’s on but it makes an annoying clicking sound as the “flames” change...not like a burning log sound but a mechanical gear sound. ... show more
