Now one thing we have to remember 'Do not force the seat down" it's break and never stay up. Now this part is the part to replace the one that broke, I bought 2. Then after you tighten it on for the first time, tighten it now and again. It's just the weak link. Let the seat go down by itself ok?

I loved the price and at first when I got it I was irritated because I thought it was WAAAYY to small but then when I got my toilet lid I found out that it was in fact to big lol WOW. The holes didn't align. I thought that maybe I could just cut it in half an make it work I found out that the pegs don't even snap into the holes. They're to skinny so they pull right out whether latched or not. ... show more
