I have a house with 2x Vormax commodes that are about 20 years old. Instead of replacing them I did a deep clean with industrial vinegar and it now looks like new. I installed this valve assembly on both so they're perfect and I don't have to worry about them for a long time. It was easy to install, I love how everything is assembled.     • Works Flawlessly
The quality of the product is very good . Had a little trouble understanding the instructions, but if you follow the pictures and take your time ,you will encounter hardly any setbacks . Just remember, installing the 2 new gaskets will cause the tank not to fit flush with the toilet at first .You need tighten each screw a little bit at a time and rotate to the next screw . Keep doing it till the tank sits almost flush but won't longer move. Don't overtighten !!! Or can Crack the tank . ... show more

    • Relatively easy for a novice
Had a persistent intermittent leak that caused the toilet to run briefly every few minutes. Took about an hour to complete works great. Anticipate the other toilet may need this someday. Think it will take much less time now that I have completed it once already.
