The toilet was as advertised. It had some spurs in the discharge that had to be ground off to prevent things becoming caught and stopping up the toilet. Other than that it is perfect. The shipper did a great job of packing it for UPS shipment. The boxes it came in were beat to hell but the toilet was not broken. Installed it and works great. I’ve had this toilet since 2013 and for the first two years worked fine. But in the last five years it constantly stops filling and I have to pull off tank top and monkey around with the hoses to get tank to start filling. Very frustrating after paying a premium for this toilet I would not buy again. In the amazon site for this toilet it mentions nothing about coming in two different shipments. You get the tank first then comes the bowl what is that? Also no instructions or gaskets for the toilet and no bolts to hook it up! Not a way to drum up more visitors when half the stuff is missing. Also called American Standard about gasket they said they don't supply it. Where can you get one we don't sell them and haven't a clue where to get one. REALLY! Now after 9 years I’m hearing dripping inside the tank almost constantly. Unbelievable what Ive had to put up with ... show more

Works beyond expectation. Flushes in 1 second as stated in the manual. Which is why it sounds like an airplane toilet, much noisier than a regular non pressurized toilet. But very efficient and after a few days, you get used to it.

    • Does Not Ship With A Seat as Pictured
Ordered two of these for a school. The order was received in two shipments. First the bowls, and then the tanks. Lots of assembly. Most disappointed to find out they did not come with any parts needed for operation, most importantly, they did not ship with toilet seats as pictured on Amazon's listing. I called American Standard and they said "if you download the specification sheet and read the fine print three quarters of a page down you will see one line that says seat not included". I found this to be super misleading as we did not anticipate having to spend another $100 in toilet seats plus supply lines, wax rings etc. ... show more
