  • Best toilet I've used
Color: White
I love this toilet. The flush is powerful and effective (as I expect given the MaP Premium rating) and the rimless design is easy to clean. It looks great - sleek and modern unlike most tanked toilets. It's pricey, but the 1.0 gpf flush makes it eligible for some local rebates, and it's cheaper than installing a true wall-hung toilet. The only improvement would have been bidet seat compatibility. I haven't tried to install one since this toilet is in my guest bath, but it's not compatible with any of the SpaLet bidets made by American Standard, which is an unfortunate oversight. ... show more

  • Made really cheaply.
Color: White
When I saw this toilet, I was so excited to see a super modern, tankless toilet that was not in the $3,000-$4,000 range or higher. I did all my measurements to make sure it would fit properly with the shut off valve hidden behind the toilet. You need to make certain you have a very low profile valve with a shutoff that requires just a quarter to a half turn. My shutoff met the second requirement but not the first so I replaced the valve even before the toilet arrived. As soon as I brought it in the house, I could hear rattling inside the box. I extracted the toilet from the box. Be warned, it is very heavy. The average person will need help. I examined it thoroughly and found the porcelain part of the toilet was fine. It took me a few minutes to find what was rattling. One of the plastic and metal clips that hold the plastic frame to the tank cover area had been snapped off. When I found where the part was supposed to be, I noticed a plastic peg in the same area was also broken off. That part was not in the box or anywhere inside the toilet. I don’t know if someone else received this damaged and it just went back in stock or if the person who had it before me did the damage. That plastic section of the toilet is a weak point. My guess would be someone tried to lift it by that plastic part. The top of the box had no damage but there was a split in the side of the box. I looked at the box more closely and it had been resealed. I had this same problem when buying a new kitchen faucet here. All three I ordered had been resealed and two of the three were damaged. I am done buying plumbing items from Amazon. The hassle to return them and getting yet another damaged item is not worth the little cost savings. ... show more

  • Sleek and modern
Color: White
I did about a weeks worth of research before I chose a new toilet for my modern house remodel. After installing I am extremely pleased with my purchase. Such a modern style easy to clean. It even has a removable seat for easy cleaning around the back. Very quiet and flushes fast. No more hearing a bowl refill for 30 seconds after flushing. Just a swoosh and done. If your thinking about buying, spend the money and do it. For something you will use every day of your life it should be something of quality such as this toilet ... show more

  • Defective chinaware resulting in sewer gas leakage.
Color: White
The p trap glazing appears to be defective. Water sweats or condenses on the p trap and it allows sewer gas to seep through when air pressure changes, such as using the vent or running the ac.

  • Love the design.
Color: White
I got this as part of a pending bathroom remodel. Honestly, if it was just a simple replacement, I probably wouldn't have gone tankless, but since everything is coming out, any changes I may need to make to the supply line will be simple. What I like: the fact it's easy to clean and minimizes "holes". This is perhaps #1. I also like the fact I'll never have to replace a tank/bowl gasket, or a fill valve. I sure do hate changing fill valves and tank gaskets. Bleah. I like the soft-close lid, too. What I don't like: the fact the lid is a "dedicated" lid. I'm not fond of not being able to replace it with any lid. I got a bidet lid which LOOKS like it'll fit, but, it probably won't from research I've done. And it's HEAVY. One of the heaviest toilets I've seen, personally. And whatever you do, don't lose the T-handle it comes with for installation. In all, I'm quite happy with it, especially aesthetically, and the fact the inside of it looks like it might also double as a rocket thruster for a space ship. I'm a sucker for techie-looking stuff like this. Guilty. There are a bunch of reasons to recommend this toilet, and very few not to. The price is even reasonable, comparatively speaking with other tankless designs. Very glad I got this, and it's going to look amazing in the bathroom. ... show more

  • Cool, but uncomfortable....
Color: White
This is a pretty cool toilet. All the ones I've used in the past have had a back to them, so the newness of a backless toilet is a bit exciting. It's heavy, so the average person will need help with it. My husband was able to do it himself, but to avoid possibly injury, I'd still recommend it to be a 2 person job. It was easy to install and it's worked well for us. My husband said to make sure and use the bolts that are included with the toilet, not the ones with the wax ring(which must be bought separately). It is wider in the back, so even though it's straight, it still looks like it was installed uneven, but that's not too big of a deal once I stop paying attention to it. There's a little spot on the back to press to flush it and the seat has a "soft close" to it, so it won't slam down. I still remember a horrifying accident with one of my little guys when they were potty training and this feature would have been handy back then. My biggest complaint about it, though, is how uncomfortable it is to sit on. My husband finds it uncomfortable, but not enough to not like the toilet. I find it horribly uncomfortable, so I don't use it very often. I'm not even sure the seat is replaceable, which worries me if the seat ever cracks. Overall, though, it's a nice toilet. ... show more

  • We get wows
Color: White
Most people who have come in our home haven’t heard of a tankless toilet much less seen one in person. Everyone comments on it! What is it? How does it work? They are all amazed by our toilet. We are very happy with it. We had a small half bath that is difficult to maneuver around in for cleaning everything. This has been the perfect solution to make cleaning easier. It was fairly simple for my husband to install. The toilet sits comfortably as well. We are super happy with it and it’s quite the conversation piece. ... show more
