    • Make sure the product has the proper fitted wax ring and adequate water fill tank hose.

This product at "chair height" as opposed to "standard or ADA" levels makes a substantial difference in ease and comfortable use. Installation is identical to previous toilet, except potentially required longer water hose attachment.

The toilet did not come with the seat nor was that indicated. One of the caps were missing as well and we have not been able to find it in the store yet. Lastly, it’s leaking because it’s not fitting flat on the floor. Sorry I purchased it.
