I searched for a cookbook that would help me make the most of the fruits and vegetables that I was buying at the Farmer's Market. This popped up and since I have the original American Heart Association Cookbook I decided to take a chance on it. There are helpful hints for purchasing and storing fresh fruits and veggies. The recipes are varied and healthy. The portions are realistic. My favorite so far is the Chard wrapped Cod with balsamic reduction. Quick, Easy, Inexpensive, Healthy. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because some of the recipes had odd flavor pairings that were not to our liking. ... show more
