I'm disappointed that the company sent one worker to deliver the sofa sleeper by himself. And I had to move this big heavy sofa sleeper into my house. It was very painful and hurtful to move.

This microfiber sleeper sofa is beautiful. It was exactly what we were looking for in a couch for our cabin. The cushions are firm yet comfortable. It is well very well made and we loved it is made in the USA! The pull out bed is not very comfortable. My 15 and 13 year old were sore the next morning. We will be purchasing a mattress topper to hopefully make it more comfortable. We love this couch. 💕 ... show more

It looks pretty good, it’s creaky right out of the box, the back while carrying it up stairs seemed flimsy. The bottom cushions and the back cushions have an 8 inch gap, you can see down into the couch which is very ugly. I saw one other person have the same problem this year as me. It also says, they will carry it up one set of stairs when your order they get here and say nope that’s a white glove package that cost $280.00! ... show more

    • Worth the money so far
I justified spending extra money for a quality sleeper sofa. Our family is rough on furniture. So far so good. The sleeper sofa was not very comfortable because the springs poked you in the back. I replace it with a gel mattress which made a huge difference. The frame and support material seems kind of fragile. We will see how it lasts over time. Unfortunately it was defected. The bed would not lay flat - the head part was at an uncomfortable angle. Also, when you sat on the cushions, they sank and separated from the back cushions - creating an awkward gap of several inches. Very disappointing!!

    • Great couch ... the bed sucks!
Very nice looking sturdy couch .... comfortable to sit on .... but the pull out bed is most uncomfortable.
