  • Small, efficient and fast...!
This processor is powerful, efficient, low-power, and high-performance. You can use it for gaming and all your office tasks at a great price. It doesn't overheat, performs better than other Ryzen processors, and is smaller.

  • Stable performance, Great value, AMD build quality, price value
So nice to have a hot rod CPU for once. Well my first time anyways. Came in original as shown box sealed and pretty looking. Woohoo! Ease of installation. The Zen 5 architecture and core count with the ability to overclock with stability is just what I was looking for! Also the 65W TDP on the wattage helps the CPU stay cooler and that way you get even more performance boost. If the CPU gets hot it throttles wattage, so 65W TDP is a good thing for this Ryzen. Great gaming performance, great speed, great having the ability to run on-board video if your motherboard has that connection just in case you need to troubleshoot the system. Being the 9600x does have built in GPU. Nothing fancy but it will show a screen to use I also got this at a great price too from Amazon! A++++ Thank you guys! ... show more

  • This is what I made with it. Looks pretty good, yeah?
I got this for $156 on Prime Day. Nothing beats it for the price. Dropped it right in and it runs amazing. It runs very fast while staying very cool.

  • Upgraded from Ryzen 7 5700X worth it!
Upgraded from Ryzen 7 5700X. It’s a day and night difference. I can’t put it in numbers but all my games run waaayyyy better. I currently have it paired with an RTX 5070 running at 1440p. All my games run 96-99% GPU and only 50-60% CPU. I don’t understand why but everything runs faster, snappier and cooler. ... show more

  • Perfect AM5 CPU !
Best for AM5 PC. Cheap and pretty good so far.

  • King/queen of budget am5 CPU
Good CPU it's the best budget am5 CPU on the market right now. Unless you can get the 9700x for the same price I'd go with this one instead. It's very stable and fast but it's not very good with only six cores for networking or data transfer. But for gaming it's more than enough cores. With am5 it's easier than ever to socket a CPU just be careful if you ever have to unsocket an am5 CPU bc you can easily bend the pins on your mobo . ... show more

  • Great CPU for even Heavy gaming!
Great CPU! I see alot of hate on it on the internet but honestly its great! Perfect for a midrange Gaming PC. Plays anything you need, Havent had any issues! Very easy too cool aswell. a $35 water cooler has kept it below 50c steadily no matter the load. Very low power consumption Im assuming. Runs great! Much better option price wise than every other new or used AMD or Intel CPU! ... show more

  • Great Zen 5 CPU
Bought the AMD Ryzen 9600x during Prime Days at a great discount and am not disappointed. Upgraded from an AMD Ryzen 2600 so big jump in performance. Things that I would do like video encoding would run 50% faster while using less than half the CPU's processing power instead of 100% of the processor like before. That tells me the GPU is now the bottleneck in the system for video encoding at least. Everything else feels snappy and games run just fine. Would highly recommend this CPU especially if you're upgrading from several generations behind. ... show more
