    • Love this thermometer, a little advanced installation
I love the usability features of this thermometer, including integration with my Echo. The backplate completely covered the space left by my former thermostat and I think it actually looks better with the backplate anyway. This might be important if you don't have the matching paint for the wall. My installation required a c-wire which I think added significantly to the complexity of the installation. My brother-in-law installed it for me, but he is an advanced handyman. However, it is important to note that the online instructions go into whether the c-line is needed, so you can figure this out in advance. However, it was totally worth it ! ... show more

I wish I could get my money back! There is absolutely no instructions for this and amazon is NO HELP! Get a real thermostat from a brand that knows what they're doing.
