I didn’t realize it would come with the valance so that was nice. I needed it quickly as mine dry rotted. I watched a few videos and they were helpful but i found the best way to remove the old one was just cut it so you don’t have a lotto pull it off. I sprayed silicone spray down all tracks and it made this really easy to install. Wish it came with a can. The replacement looks great although i wonder why both sides aren’t carrying the same pattern as you will never see the top.

Stiching was balled up on awning bead. Very difficult to slide on awning slots.
