I just received my TV. Love it. So easy to install. I just plugged it in and followed instructions on TV. Picture is clear and TV is easy to use. Best part is that it connects to internet--saving money with no Cable. Plus Alexa is already on TV. I have had this tv for about am month. I love it but there are a few issues that show up. There are times I have to log off or hit Home to fix issues. Sometimes it will say that the channel I am watching is not available but when I go back to Home and reconnect to Channel it is available. Now this might be a Netflix issue since this is the channel I have issues with. Also some times the voice is off--actors talk and sound is delayed. But I just click Home button and most of the times it is fine. Again could be my internet. Over all I am happy to save by not subscribing to Comcast!! Saving money with Fire

I’ve had the Amazon Ember 75” QLED Fire TV for a few weeks now, and honestly it exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is impressive. Colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and the brightness handles movies, sports, and gaming really well even during the daytime. The QLED panel makes a noticeable difference compared to standard LED TVs. Setup was surprisingly easy. Since Fire TV is built in, everything was ready to go within minutes. Streaming apps load fast, Alexa voice controls work smoothly, and navigating menus feels responsive. Sound quality is decent for a flat-screen TV, though adding a soundbar definitely takes the experience to another level for movies. I used a Bose soundabar. The difference is huge. Gaming performance has also been solid with low input lag and smooth motion. For the price, this TV feels like a great value. Big screen, premium-looking picture, smart features built in, and a clean modern design. If you want a large TV without spending flagship Samsung or Sony money, this is a really strong option.

The TV has good quality and okay sound. It was cool having the Fire TV and Alexa feature on it. It lasted me about 6 months but it has an issue with the motherboard or something. I tried to get it replaced by Amazon. It says it is possible to return until December of this year but they are not honoring it. For some reason. It stopped connecting to my WIFI. I follow various troubleshooting guides which led to me Resetting the TV and restarting the process but now it will not get past the set up part of it. It is cool until it stops working after 6 months. I do not recommend this product.

Update: With every single software update Amazon does, they degrade the performance of this TV. Now voice control is almost completely worthless. And the tv is now tiling and freezing and re-booting constantly. Sometimes 4x a day. This tv is far and away better than any we’ve ever had. We chose to get a 75 inch, so definitely tests the limits for picture quality and it delivers. Super fast switching between streaming apps has been a game changer! The addition of curated art, makes this a centerpiece. The Alexa integration is seamless. You can have it play music, go to a specific app or channel. Amazon got it right in this tv.

Overall this is a nice TV. Picture quality is good and with the soundbar, the audio is good too. The built in Alexa is convenient but there are problems. One is that Alexa will sometimes react to conversation in the room and suddenly change the channel or even turn the TV off. Another is that apps often stall or fail to load, and the only fix is to reboot the TV. The remote is ok but not as responsive as I would like, especially the voice control integration. For example, you can say "show me baseball games" and it will respond with movies on Prime about baseball. Another issue is that if the TV is off you can still access the Alexa feature for other things like, "Alexa, what's on my calendar today?" but with the TV off you will not hear the response. All these problems seem to be software issues, so hopefully Amazon will supply updates that will improve the overall function.

Whether I'm watching action scenes on Netflix, sports in 4K, or just regular cable, everything looks sharp, bright, and lifelike. The built-in Fire TV interface is super fast and intuitive – no more extra streaming devices needed. Hands-free Alexa is a game-changer; I can just say "Alexa, play Stranger Things" from across the room, dim the lights, or check the weather without touching the remote. It does not work well with Youtube TV. When i paused a program the fire tv would log me out of my youtube tv account after 5 minutes. I put the sleep cycle on the longest minutes and it still logged me out. call support and 2 techs could not fix. Finally a supervisor reset the tv and it worked for 15 minutes and then the same problem returned. I am returning the tv. Checking with AI it says toget a google tv if you use youtube tv so i bought the sony bravia 50 in from amazon. The picture on this fire tv was great and so was the sound for tv speakers. Wish youtube would have worked with it

Great TV for a smart home. Fairly responsive. Recommend you have a solid wifi connection. This TV can control music throughout the whole house, adjusts lights in the house and dimes or brightens and allows for color change. I like the immersion art background when you walk past it. TV is huge, and fits perfectly above the fireplace. Can be slow to respond at times, and also may not always catch what you say, so you may have to repeat yourself. Overall solid TV that has all of my streaming services. Color quality and sound are amazing.
