I kept seeing this on a friend’s Instagram story every day so I knew it had to be good. I finally had some extra money to be able to purchase some for myself. She had recommended the Sour Patch flavor so that’s the first one I went for. Definitely don’t regret it! Not only is the taste really good, but the effects are much more than I expected. I was going into a tough workout and knew this was a good one to test this out on! It helped me push through the workout and it made me SWEAT more than I’ve ever sweat before! I was able to finish the workout strong and I only took half a cap full as suggested on the bottle. Can only imagine how it will feel when I build up to a full cap! Will definitely be buying this again.

I've worked in the fitness industry for a decade. I've tried every supplement under the sun- from thermos, to pre's, to proteins, BCAAs, you name it. I've only used L-Carnitine in pill form before and was never really sold on the effects... until this product. This liquid is fast acting, no stimulants, just pure thermo/fat burning action. I have seen noticable results in my workouts over the past month in switching to this product: Lots of sweat (which I love) and dramatic fat reduction (12lbs in a month) paired with strength/cardio/nutrition routine. I am a 39 year old female, 157lbs, 5'10" and use only half a cap-full 30 minutes before each of my runs and/or workouts. Will buy in other flavors and 10/10 would recommend to friends/others.

The health and workout benefits with a sour candy taste? Wingo! I took this today about 20-30 min before my run and it was great. However, the one thing I will say is that the label mentioned you’re supposed to feel heat or something with this? I didn’t feel that - but it could just be because I was already running so my body was sweaty and releasing the toxins anyway so I couldn’t tell the difference in terms of heat. Other than that, I felt more energy than normal after taking this.

Fantastic taste and really a great kick start to the workout. I do a short 35 minute cardio session when I wake up so I can 1/2 a cap of this and within a few minutes I can feel it increasing my sweat. I take an additional 1/2 cap alongside my preworkout when I lift at night. Immediate results and love the taste. 1/2 a cap twice a day works well since I do AM cardio and PM weight training. Anymore and I’d go through this too quickly. Love keeping it in the fridge to keep it cold, though refrigeration isn’t needed, I think it provides a better kick when cold.

This stuff works 👌, first time I took it waited awhile nothing happened and then about an hour and a half goes by and I just started sweating profusely. I can definitely feel my body burning off calories. A little word of advice, if you have a desk job or work in a cold environment, make sure to take a jacket with you if you take this, I made the mistake of not having a jacket with me and I started sweating but then they turned to cold sweats because of my office.

I took this and didn’t notice any change as far as strength, or endurance, and it didn’t help me sweat at all. What I did notice that about 20 minutes after I took it, my mood plummeted and I wanted to throw someone through a window. No one in particular, just someone. All the rage was in my brain, not my body. Not a fan. The flavor is ok though. For reference, I’ve been using another pre workout for a while before trying this. Not to name names, but the other one starts with a B and is the term for a flower opening up. It’s more natural, and keeps my mood stable, and I get better lifts and can go longer on it. I switched back to that.
