I love these Amazon Essentials crewneck button down sweaters. I have 4 colors. I wear them in the spring, fall and summer. They are the perfect weight to keep me warm during cooler weather or in the air conditioning. It’s super comfortable and soft. The knit is very pretty and silky. The style is perfect for layering over any type of top. I can dress it up with a printed top and dress pants or dress it down with a graphic tee, jeans, and tennies. It hits me right at my waist and because it’s thin it doesn’t make me look bulky. I bought an XL. I am 190 lbs and 5’6”. I have a shorter torso than most women. My arms are a bit larger and the sweater doesn’t feel too tight it the arms. It’s super stretchy. The best part is the price for such a nice quality sweater and they come in so many colors. These are my favorite cardigans. I go up a size because I like a looser fit (I am 5'5", 155 lbs, top heavy, and prefer the xl). I appreciate that they have some cotton in them so they are less static-y. They wash and wear well without fading or pilling. I like almost everything about this sweater. I'm a size 12; a M is a little tight across the chest; L fits nice and comfortable over a tee shirt. I like that the sweater has a lot of cotton to it; it feels nice and would probably outlast a synthetic one. HOWEVER, I did return this (and the red one I ordered) because the neckline is very loose and droopy. Others may like it like that, I do not. Color, amazing! Fit, perfect! Washes great. Can be styled up or down. I wore it to work on Monday with a white Tshirt and some black high rise jeans and booties. Looked amazing. I really wanted to make this work, but I did end up returning it. I don’t think it’s made for women with a medium to large chest. I did keep it buttoned all the way to the top because that’s how I was going to wear it. It was either too much space in between the buttons, or it just wasn’t high enough quality of material to not stretch open in between. The material was nice – soft, stretchy, warm but not too hot - and I do think it looked flattering on me, but it really just missed the mark with the space in between the buttons. Loved the color of this cardigan. In my opinion it runs a little big. For reference I am 5'4" tall and weigh 193 pounds. It fits a little big and drapey but I like it like that. Hits mid hip.
