However, had I known that it would need to be laid flat and reshaped to dry, I would have bought something that was machine washable (which I did wash it on a handwash cycle), and able to be put in the dryer. My weight is more in my belly and I do not like my clothes to cling to me. I have one sweater in an XL and one in XXL. I feel like I need one between the two, but still like the larger one since it doesn’t cling to me.

I saw this as a dupe to the J crew Factory cable knit cotton sweater. I ordered the large and I would say it fits a little big. The sweater is comfy but a little long. I did keep it and I’m sure I will wear it but I may could have sized down to a Medium.

I really didn't expect to wear this in September, as when I ordered it two weeks before wearing it, temps were in the 80s and dew point in the high 70s. Weather in New England can turn fast and often, so I was happy this was not in storage with the rest of my sweaters! I was comfortable and warm, and I got lots of compliments. I orders this sweater in multiple colors. It is thick and will be perfect for winter. I ordered a size up (2x) from my normal size (1x). I probably would have been ok with the smaller size, but I like my sweaters a little baggy and this way I can dry it without worrying about it not fitting after.
