I’m not one to really write reviews often, but I have to say that I’ve been searching for an open front shawl like this! Everything I’ve found is too short (for what I was looking for me), too heavy/hot, too light- something. I ran across this and it was a same day delivery. This shawl is is light, and yet very warm (but it’s not hot!), soft material, and the length… YAY!!! It comes down to my knees (I wanted something longer), the cut is what I wanted- to go over the shoulder/arms without being sewed down the sides with only arm wholes. Rather, the sides are open so you can wrap it around you like a lil blanket! And the length is just perfect for what I wanted!! That’s what I was really trying to find in my purchase- something longer!! Also, it’s not one that has the fringed, it’s solid with a cute zigzag style stitch! I absolutely love it!! I’ve already ordered another!! $20?! How could I refuse another?! ... show more

When I think of a poncho I think of a big cloth with a hole in the middle for your head. Rather than a hole this has a big slit instead. It's also absolutely MASSIVE (see the picture of it laid out on my queen size bed). The color is lovely and it is thick and cozy. It would make a nice blanket, or something to put over your shoulders to keep warm while sitting on the couch or even outside on a cold day. I might keep it for that. I did try putting a decorative belt over it like some other reviewers did but couldn't quite get it to not look frumpy on me. Then again, I'm not super fashion savvy so that might just be on me. Maybe if it was smaller I could make it work as intended. 🤷🏻♀️ ... show more
