All these reviews saying its unstable and tilts to one side etc honestly just didn't follow directions. There's multiple things you have to do to secure it and make it stable but once you do its not shaky or anything at all. The mattress is better than most others, while still being thin enough to be safe. (trust me, this is our third bassinet in less than a month..) The biggest thing for us is our baby FINALLY sleeps on it. Every other one he would scream and fuss and fidget and this one he seems comfortable enough to settle down and we get a couple hours stretch at a time. The only thing I don't like is the mattress cover isn't removeable/washable and trying to find sheets for it is a little tough. We also really like that its bigger than a standard bassinet yet smaller than a pack and play which allows him to stay in it longer but also not take up as much room as a pack and play. ... show more

This is perfect for a safe in between of co sleeping / safe sleep space. I loved the first one I bought so much that I bought a second for my best friend when she had her baby. It’s portable enough we were able to take it camping with us. Easy enough to assemble, sturdy, easy to clean. 10/10

My SO purchased this for me and our new baby. Unfortunately I got the news that I had a missed miscarriage at my first ultrasound (13 weeks 2 days). I opened the package to make sure everything was good and that there were no signs of damages or burns as anyone has stated before. It was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the product I received. I’m sad to know my baby won’t be able to use it. But I know my little rainbow later on can use it and create new memories with it. I will be setting this aside and will do a further review later when the rainbow makes its way to our lives. ... show more

    • Leans when unzipped but I still like it

When the side is zipped down, it leans towards that side. But I still leave that side down for easy access in the middle of the night. My baby is old enough that even though she wiggles around and ends up pressed against the side that leans down, she can move her head to breathe and it’s never been a problem. I wouldn’t leave the side down if she were less than three months old because of that lean. I’d be worried she’d get stuck with her face against the side and not be strong enough to move it. But leaving the side down is truly a huge help for nighttime feeding! The instructions for assembly are not very clear, and there are two mysterious extra straps never referenced in the instructions at all. Overall, this bassinet has saved me a lot of trouble at night and I love being able to see her and pull her into my bed easily at night, but it’s got some design flaws. ... show more

We originally bought this to use as a side sleeper for our bed but haven't used it much in that capacity as babe doesn't like it for sleeping. My little guy is just super picky about his sleeping arrangements. It's still a nice product. I can put baby down in it if I need to do laundry or other chores. I like that it has wheels so I can move it around easily. It's relatively easy to adjust the height. Would still recommend even though it didn't work for us as intended. ... show more

Likes: Easy assembly, value, height adjustments Dislikes: The product leans if not strapped to the bed is not going to last for a larger child in the "pack and play". My kids just didn't like sleeping in it. I think if I ever have another kid I will be getting a different bassinet. But the price was good, but you get what you pay for sometimes. ... show more

New mom loves it. She wanted something that would be neutral in colors and design and also functional to use for her newborn thru 6-8 months in her bedroom. She also wanted the side opening feature to connect to her bedside. This offered all the above so it was a no brainer to send as a gift.

    • DEFECTIVE & SERIOUSLY UNSAFE !
So unsturdy that it does not remain level. Gravity pulls infant into corner of mattress. Baby could easily suffocate during sleeping hours. Seriously dangerous & should not be on the market ! Have tried repeatedly to alleviate the problem to no avail & unfortunately its too late to return. I ordered too far in advance of the birth of my grandchild to realize this defect in time. ... show more
