This is the perfect vest for me! It fits great, I am 5'3" and 140 and purchased the medium, couldn't ask for a better fit. The grey is perfect to go with just about anything. Love the zipping pockets and they hold my phone with no problem. I wear it to walk in and love the fact that I am warm and do not have sleeves in the way. Great for laying with long or short sleeves, I wear long sleeves walking out in the cool air and short sleeves in the house to keep my body warm and not hot. It is good quality material and washing great, no shrinkage. I purchased one for myself and one of the men's for my husband. They are such a great price. Highly recommend.

Exactly as described: smooth fleece, deep purple color, fits as expected, nice and snug. Zippers work smoothly with a pull cord attached. It's not puffy so it's easily layered without adding bulk under another outer garment.

4.5 really. I like everything except for the cheap banding at the bottom and armholes -- doesn't pill or anything, color-match is OK, but it doesn't stretch. The vest fits well, washes well, and has lasted a year without issue. The pockets are zippered from the outside, and because of the way they're constructed, they form pockets on the inside, too -- so essentially four pockets! This vest is *just a tad* thinner than the name-brand classic, but not enough to notice while wearing. It's true to size and fits comfortably over a shirt or medium-weight sweater, and the price is just enough lower to make it a contender, always. I'm 5'7" and about 150#, even distribution, usual size is 12-14 women's/ misses. --d of d&B

Super soft and warm but not bulky. Replaced a Patagonia one I loved and lost, but for probably 1/5 of the price, I actually like this one even better! Fit is slim and Amazon recommended a Med. even though I usually order a Small and it was perfect, so order up a size . It can be layered over a T or sweater if it's not too bulky, and the armholes are big enough for that.

I love these vests and wish they had more color options. They are a nice weight ( heavy enough to be warm, but not bulky) and well-made for the price. I'm not sure why another reviewer commented on the trim, I have purchased a few of these and seen no issues with trim, it seems sturdy and washes up nicely. Regarding the sizing, they do seem a bit small given they are meant to be worn over other clothing, however it's also very subjective depending on how loose or snug you want it to fit. I wear a size XL in long sleeve tshirts, but found the xl vest to be snug if I wear it over a LS tee and zip. It's perfect if I leave unzipped. I have the navy in XXL, and it's a good bit looser when worn over the same type of shirt. This latest pinkish color is also XXL and the fit is exactly the same as the navy. My only complaint is that the arm holes are too large in the XXL vests, making them look sloppy. They either need to adjust the pattern so they arent cutting so much away for the arm opening or possibly add a dart. At first glance I couldn't find a way to adjust without making the bust too tight. I still think they are a great value though for the price.

Love! Lovely and warm. Appropriate for a casual office environment. I normally wear a women’s 10/12. The Medium size on me is fitted and naturally rests with a gap when open, but does zip closed with a snug fit due to some give to the material. Could be layered over fitted tops. The Large size is a relaxed fit on me and zips closed with ease and easily layers over a large or relaxed fit top. If more colors go on sale I’ll definitely buy them! I have the dark almost plummy purple and the dark green, which is a nice saturated almost forest green.

All vests that I own are medium. They easily fit over a long sleeve T. This medium cannot even close in the front. It is so small I would be reluctant to even go up just one size. It is a nice color and has a good feel to the material but definitely runs small.
