I wasn’t expecting much because the price was low, but I am so happy that I took a chance. The linen fabric is cool and breezy and the shorts are nice enough to be worn dressed up, as well as casually. The linen is mid weight, so it doesn’t wrinkle easily.     • Cute but sizing is inconsistent and chart is off
Size: 1X Color: Black
I bought these in rust and green colors when they were on sale. They are way better quality than expected for the $7 and change a piece I paid for them. I bought a 1X based on reviews and they have a nice roomy fit right out of the package with room for shrinkage but not a deal breaker if they don't shrink up in the wash. I bought another pair in white but went with the XL which according to the size chart has 1/2 inch more leeway than the 1x. They didn't fit and were at least a full size too small. Repurchased them and a black pair in 1X and while they do fit fine they aren't quite as roomy out of the package as the first 2 pairs. Despite the sizing issues the length is just right, the material is nice and breathable and they seem very comfortable. We'll see how they wash but I'll probably stick to cold wash/ line dry. I am very pleased with these shorts. I got them in white, and they are not see through. They are comfortable and lightweight without the material being too thin. I have short legs, and the 5" inseam is perfect. You may want to size down, as they seem to run a bit large.

These are a great summer staple! They are light enough that they breathe well. Long enough for those of us that don’t like shorts to be too short. Big pockets. I bought theses linen shorts on sale just to see if it fit. The length is fine, fabric is sturdy feeling and not see through, which I appreciate! I have a cream color from Old Navy this same style, which wrinkle horribly. I prefer the Amazon brand because it wrinkles less and fabric little thicker. I usually wear XL, but got XXL just in case these ran small. They are too big but I wear them around the house. Go with your regular size. ... show more
