Good shoe Iwork retail in large hardware superstore. Comfortable after working all day pulling carts outside and walking a total of 15 miles on my 6 hrs shift look great and perform just as well. Yes the heel folds in, just sit down to put them on. It pulls out easily with heel tab. What do you expect for 25 bucks. I can buy 3 different colors for the price of 1 of the name brand. Comfortable shoe, well made and great price but if you are looking for a slip in the isn't the shoe for you. Heel rolls in when slipped on and you need to pull it out.
