I see people saying their pump didn’t work or it smelt awful but it smells decent to me and my pump works. You turn it to the side and pump twice and it should work. I haven’t used it yet but in a week or two I’ll come back to this comment

I don't know what I was expecting but this facial cleanser turned out to be just okay, nothing special. I wasn't a huge fan of the scent but it wasn't awful either. Perhaps most people would like it, I don't know. I had used Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel for over 2 decades but it has become so expensive that I wanted to find something cheaper.
