It's a kettlebell with a vinyl coating around the bell and the base of the horns/handle. Not much else to say about it other than I do wish the entire handle was vinyl-coated, but otherwise it is a great kettlebell.

Exactly what I expected. Yellow Rubber coating with a shiny black handle. Same size at my Golds gym brand kettle bell. Photo shows both sides of each kettle bell. Amazon has the same design on both sides.
