This rope is cheap and affordable and gets the job done. Great way to cool down or warm up the heart rate before or after a workout, and definitely can use this for intense cardio. The rope is fairly made, seems sturdy and doesn't show any sign of obvious wear or tear after use (but at this price point, I almost consider it a disposable anyways and would happily replace this if needed in the future). ... show more

For the price, this jump rope can't really be beat. I expected it to just be strong and handles, but the rotating ball-bearing setup allows very smooth rotation. For reference, I'm just under 6 feet, and this length is perfect, coming right up to my armpits. I will add, I was not expecting how difficult jumping rope is as a 200 lb man, but I will certainly be able to work up more endurance with this quality product. ... show more
