First time I flew with my golf clubs, I purchased this bag because of the price. I went a little farther and removed the club head from my driver and used a club protector. Bag held up nice through the airport, only hold up I had is it didn't stand very well on it's own (not a biggie, but I also had my roll on bag) it was just annoying having to stand near it or lean it against something to have it stand upright while I stood in line to check it. The wheels were smooth and it was easy to wheel through the airport. I hit a major rain storm coming home and I had the bag in the back of my truck and the bag did get soaked. My golf bag inside the carrier did get a little wet, but I don't think the bag was advertised as water resistant (so not going to ding them for that). The bag adjusted around my smaller carry golf club bag and it had some padding on the top which made me feel more secure about flying with my clubs. No damage at all to my clubs or the bag, even after it fell off the airport conveyer belt. I also put my bigger cart bag in it for storage and it fit that just as easily as my 2.5 Sun Mountain Carry Bag. ... show more

Just went on a round trip golf trip with friends. They all paid 2 to 3 X's the price I did for golf travel bags that did not appear to be any better in quality than this gem. This perfectly fits my folding kayak, along with paddle, life vest, drinks and lunch—you’d think it was made for that! The bag itself is very well made, sturdy and thick and, even with 35lbs of kayak and gear, rolls easily. Excellent value!
