These silicone mats work great! No need to use parchment paper, aluminum foil or spray oils because nothing sticks to these silicone baking mats. Cooks everything evenly from cookies to chicken nuggets. Saves your baking sheets and are easy to clean. We've used these for about a year and they work well. They're a little "slimy" (?) which is good for nonstick, but they feel gross when we're returning them to the cupboard. I prefer these over another brand, as these have a better nonstick quality and are easier to wash. We hand wash only.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from these, when I ordered them, I was just looking for silicone mats. But when I got these, they are wonderful. I baked sourdough chocolate chip cookies on them and they didn’t stick like they do parchment paper. They’re the perfect size to place in a cookie sheet and cover it all. I guess my cookie sheets are smaller than most because these overlap just a little bit at the top. But like I said the cookies didn’t stick. They didn’t burn so that’s a plus for me. These were perfect for my homebaking business. I used them to try out making fruit rolls. My fruit rolls didn't work out, but not due to the product. My fruit rolls peeled right off the mat and they were easy to clean. If you own pets, be aware they attract pet hair easily.
