I'm not a huge fan of how this paper handles the gloss, print quality is just fine but that's it, for this price I have no complaints, the paper is nice and thick and good quality.

EDIT: They doubled the price. It use to be 10$ but now it’s 20$???? Ugh I've been looking for very specific textured paper and I thought it was matte but matte just feels like paper not photo quality?? So I finally decided to try a sample pack and found "semi-gloss" was perfect. So I tried a few brands and this one was great! This other brand I tried was SO textured you couldn't see the print!!! But this is BEAUTIFUL. Not only is it from recycled paper, which is always a plus, it's water proof/resistant. I ran this under water for a bit, even rubbed my thumb over it and NOTHING. Only after being submerged for a minute or more did the edges finally seem to absorb water. And that would be rare to happen to anyone. Splashes of water though? More often and this paper will fine. I haven't tested light exposure yet but I have high hopes :)

This isn't the best photo paper, but it gets the job done. It's ok quality for school projects, bulletin boards, a second copy for a friend, but it's not the right quality for professional use. If you are not the type to notice the smallest details and stare at colors, then it's perfect for you.

Seems to me these are just as good as any name brand photo paper and usually appears to cost less than those. The matte finish is good although I've also tried some glossy photo paper recently and think I prefer the glossy over the matte for picture printing. These are good, heavy weight thickness, better than the name brand choices available so if you want a thicker matte finish photo these are probably your best choice. Bought this thinking it would be easy to set 4x6 on my printer, but found it to take many hours and still not as successful as I'd like. Make sure your printer has a 4x6 setting, or it is easy to set the custom size to that.

Using original Brother Inkvestment printer inks I would say that the prints are good, not great. It might be the printer itself that’s the problem.
