When I received the item it was delivered early and well packaged. The thing that was a let down was the item didn't come with the ties the picture showed and the net kept rising up from the ends which let the insects get in the tent. The directions call for two people to assemble. It’s easy to assemble. Mainly due to the size and different angles of the rods and such, I definitely needed the help to maneuver the canopy. The legs have some rust on them for some reason but the integrity of the metal doesn’t appear to be compromised. I am using this as a canopy for my HVAC unit and it’s working great! ... show more

I purchased this product back in March, however, the weather was not conducive to setting the gazebo up until recently. I attempted to put this up last weekend, with the help of a friend. When we got to the point that we were raising the canopy, I discovered that one of the legs was assembled incorrectly, with the push button on one side of the leg and the hole to snap it into on the other side of the leg. The canopy would not rise all the way, but after spending so much time getting to this point and having a party planned for the next day, I went ahead and finished the remainder of the assembly. Well, it sagged, allowing rain to come through the top canopy and collecting in the lower part of the canopy. My return date has past (only allowing 30 days for return) and now it looks like the only way I can correct the situation is to disassemble the entire thing (including the faulty leg assembly) and try to get the leg into the position it was supposed to be in. This will include taking the entire frame apart on that particular leg. If you order this product, do yourself a favor and assemble it as soon as possible to avoid being stuck with a defective gazebo. It was a bit of a pain to put together. The directions could be better (which is typical) but once we got it all together it's sturdy and looks great. It's perfect for family bbqs. Makes cooking at the bbq more convenient too. Hooks to hang all utensils, the two sides.with the shelves are perfect for seasonings, marinades, plates, beer etc. It's a lot nicer than I expected it to be. If you are.on the fence about getting it or.not go.for it you'll be glad you did. ... show more

The assembly instruction pictures are not very clear but trial and error works. Proper care and feeding: Strongly recommend WD40 silicone Gel lube applied to all parts for longevity and then assemble with gloves on. Check often for rust and relube as needed. Mine was scratched in a few places after a month or so of use. Rustoleum rust reformer worked well. ... show more
