I figured it would be average quality, or less than average, because it was cheaper than most other conditioners. It arrived quickly, and the packaging and bottle were intact on arrival. The conditioner is good for moisturizing your dry hair, and it made my hair a lot softer than before I had used it. It is far better than you would expect for the price, and it comes in a good quantity. I like the top, because it is easy to use when you are in the shower and have slippery hands. I was skeptical at first but this conditioner made my hair feel soft. It has a light scent and its not really thick but thick enough its hard to get out of the bottel sometimes. but I do like it. I think it works great good price.
