I am using it upside down as a lumbar support. I have had this cushion for two days and have experienced instant relief from strong back pain. I have been experiencing lower left back pain for a long time, getting up from a sitting position, standing and walking. I sit in an adjustable computer chair post-processing pictures I have taken – sometimes for over 4 hours a couple times/week.. I got this yesterday and after sitting for an hour I recognized that when I got up I was a bit stiff, but absolutely no back pain. Today I have been sitting at the computer for 4 hours, and when getting up, again have no back pain. My wife told me that my posture was no longer bent over (due to the pain). Why spend $50+ when this one does the trick for a fraction of the price? The fabric is comparable to the cloth you find on good chairs. Foe example, I had an office chair made by Tempur-pedic and the cloth on the seat felt the same.

The cushion is very comfortable and has helped with my lower back pain from sitting all day at work. My only issue is I constantly have to move it to the right spot because it keeps trying to fall off the seat because it does not grip on the bottom.
