We were pleasantly surprised about the quality of this arbor. It is extremely sturdy and easy to put together. Everything lined up perfectly without us having to improvise to make things fit. The arbor is beautiful and is very solid. The box that it arrived in was slightly damaged and upon opening we found there to be 1 broken slat and 2 loose slats. We documented it with photos and contacted the company immediately. Within a few hours we had a response and we were even contacted on a Saturday for follow-up. We had only asked for 3 slats to be replaced but they very generously replaced the entire side panel in a few short days. Their customer service was absolutely excellent! Just beautiful. My son, who is a perfectionist, took 2 hours to put it together and plant it in the ground, so to speak. With the stepping stone pathway and the bench at the end of the path, and when covered in flowers, it will be quite a lovely addition to the garden. Thank you to those who created it it! Well done. Bought this arbor to delineate a new pathway at church. While this arbor is pretty tall, I wanted it elevated a bit more so I put it in a couple of planter boxes. It’s very nice and you can not beat this price. Don’t question it, just buy it.

My wife wanted a focal point for the small flower garden by our new patio. This was just what we needed (although a bit narrower than what she expected. On the picture it looks deeper, but style wise is just perfect). When we bought it, it was on sale for $269.99 right now the price shows at 299.99 The box was a bit banged up but the pieces were in good condition. Some of the wood also had some dings but nothing broken/bent/missing etc. It was very easy to put together (my wife did it in under an hour, by herself). The only time she needed my help was to place it in the spot. It seems pretty sturdy, but obviously not to hang from it. I didn't stain it nor painted or anything like that, it's only been outdoor for like 2 weeks so I can't really tell how well it'll stand the climate conditions. The quality is great. As soon as you take it out of the box, you smell the cedar. It was easy to put together and looks great. It should last a long time. I had a broken piece and they sent me a new part in a few days and were very nice on the phone. Will buy from them again.

We are very pleased with the style and the customer service. We received the arbor with a small ding on the wood. This was caused by the delivery folks and not where the arbor was made. Customer service got another piece to replace the dinged wood out to us immediately. They are very friendly and followed up with our happiness a couple of times. This is a great company to work with. My husband did not put the stakes into the bottom like the directions said. He secured them to the side and put them into quarter minus rocks/dirt. It is very stable.
